Orders are only accepted subject to the conditions of sale as herein printed of Premiere Sports International. Any variation of these conditions in any document of the buyer is inapplicable unless accepted in writing by us.
Payments are currently only accepted by Cheque, Bankers draft or Postal Orders (Registered mail only). We will not release goods for delivery until the payment has been received, or our account holding has cleared your cheque. For local authorities or educational institutes an official order is required. All our prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes. You pay what you see. You are liable for any extra charges occurred in order to meet your specifications on the goods or our any extras than our Standard Offer. Standard Offer: Includes only the shown item with all standard finishing. All other specifications i.e. weight, colour, delivery arrangement etc will be charged to the customers account. All prices and cricket products shown are correct at the time of printing and are subject to availability and product change.
Premiere Sports International does not accept any responsibility for shortage or for goods lost in transit, unless such shortage or loss on the delivery note is specified as examined, or, if the goods have been signed for as not examined. All damage, loss or shortage goods must be and strictly notified to us in writing within 48hrs. Return delivery is responsibility of the customer/buyer, hence not refundable. Faulty material or workmanship. Matter will be taken up with our manufacturing unit on your behalf who will repair or replace free of charge. We do not operate refund policy. Cancellation of an order, in whole or part, cannot be accepted without our (Premiere Sports International) consent in writing, which shall only be given on a full indemnity given by the buyer to us (Premiere Sports International). Products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material only. Our (Premiere Sports International) sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to either repair or replace, at its option, any products which fails to meet requirements. A failure shall only be due to faulty workmanship or material, or both. Buyer shall assume the risk of loss or damage to the goods from the date of delivery and must accordingly reply on its own insurance from that date.
