Notes:

  1. The "Size" category may not be applicable for all items.
  2. "Cost" refers to the cost of the individual item as show on the catalogue pages.
  3. "Total Cost" refers to the full items cost, i.e. 'Quantity multiplied by Cost = Total Cost'
  4. "Grand Total" is the Total Cost of all your items, as well as Carriage Charge of £8.00, which you need to add if your order is less than £99.00.
